What can I expect at my eyelash extension appointment?

Your appointment will start with a consultation to determine the material, style, and length that best fit your personality and lifestyle. You will then be seated in the world’s most comfortable recliner chair! Feel free to nap while we transform your lashes.
 


Will getting eyelash extensions hurt?

Eyelash extensions should not hurt if applied correctly. We make every effort to isolate properly so that hairs do not stick together.
 


Will the extension glue burn my eyes?

While most people are not bothered by the adhesive we use, sometimes the fumes can create an uncomfortable tingling sensation that may cause the eyes to water. Should this happen, we encourage you to let us know right away!
 


Why do I need to refrain from using makeup/moisturizer around my eyes 24 hours before my appointment?

Chemicals and oils from make-up and skincare products can effect the way extensions adhere to your natural hair. In particular, please do not wear waterproof mascara or any products containing oils on or near your eyes before your appointment.
 


What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sicknesses and emergencies happen. However, for all other cancellations, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
 


Do you accept credit cards?

We do currently accept credit cards. There is a 3% surcharge per transaction.
 


Where exactly are you located?

We are at 1259 South Beretania Street, Suite 4, between Keeaumoku and Piikoi, across from Safeway.
Coming down Beretania, please stay in the far left lane. You will pass Honolulu Burger Company, Beretania Florist, and Colortyme. At the blue and white Allstate sign, make a sharp left up the ramp. Free parking is available on the left against the fence. View the map below.
